Refund and Returns Policy

We pride ourselves in our product quality with strict quality control in place. To provide you with additional peace of mind, we also offer a 14-day Return Policy for the following reasons:

In line with providing our customers with the best quality and client experience, we have established a considerate refund policy. 
We offered 14 days return policy to our customers. If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. 
 
To be eligible for a return 
• your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
• your item must be purchased through ohanagift.com.
 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and photogenic evidence that the item you received is flawed or damaged.
 
SALE ITEMS
 
Please note that all sale items are sold as-is, and no refunds or exchanges will be entertained for these discounted products. By making a purchase of sale items, the customer acknowledges and accepts the no-refund policy on these specific items.
 
RETURNS NEED TO MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
 
• Items must be flawed or damaged in order to be eligible.
• Returns have to be sent via registered mail
• Delivered item has defective print, wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, wrong design, wrong style(e.g. long sleeve shirt instead of tee shirt) and faulty.
• All items have to be in their original packaging and well-packed for shipping
• A print-out of the invoice must be included
• Any item that does not meet the conditions above will not be refunded or exchanged.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe and undamaged arrival of the returned item(s). Refunds will be paid out after the arrival of the returned item(s).
 
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
To request a return, please follow these steps:
• Submit a return request within 14 days after receiving your goods. After this period, your right to return is forfeited. Goods returned prior to submitting your request are considered forfeit.

• Inquiries are typically addressed within 24 hours.
Once your return request is approved, please proceed with the following:
• Pack the items securely in a nylon bag or any suitable packaging with the order ID included.
• Ship the package to our processing warehouse located at: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the order and that shipping fees are non-refundable.
 
We recommend contacting your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We suggest using the most affordable registered airmail method available.
 
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 days
Please allow our after-sales team 3-6 business days to process your request.
For credit card refunds, please allow 7-14 business days for the transaction to be processed.
For PayPal refunds, the transaction may take up to 3-7 business days to appear in your account.

ORDER CANCELLATION
 
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, then you can change and cancel the order. It must be required for the user to contact us within 12 hours regarding order cancellation or change. 
 
Once the product is packaged and ready for shipping then you’re not eligible to cancel it anymore. Please be informed that a management and transaction fee (30% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.
 
NOTICE: Please keep in mind that purchasing means accepting all the terms mentioned above.
 
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
 
We only exchange items if they are the wrong item, or defective. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at [email protected] with details of the product and the defect. 
 
GIFTS
 
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
 
SHIPPING
 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. But if an item is harmed or defective, then we will pay the return shipping cost.
 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
 
NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.
