Terms of Service

These terms apply when you browse ohanagift.com or place an order with Ohana Gift (“we”, “us”). By using the site or buying from us you agree to them, together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Who can order

You may place an order as a guest or with an account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, and the information you give at checkout must be accurate. If you create an account, keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your login.

2. Products and descriptions

Our shirts are made to order in polyester fabric. Product photos are digital previews of the print. Actual colors can look slightly different from your screen, and on an all-over print the exact placement of the pattern may shift a little from shirt to shirt. Size information is on our Size Chart page; please review it before ordering.

3. Prices

All prices are listed in US dollars. Shipping to US addresses is free; international shipping costs vary by destination. Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout. We may change prices on the site at any time, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay.

4. Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. After checkout you receive an email confirming that we have received it. We may decline or cancel an order, with a refund of everything paid, if an item was priced incorrectly, if the personalization content breaks the rules in section 6, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot deliver to the address given.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card details are processed by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Your order goes into production only after payment is authorized.

6. Personalized content you provide

When you submit a name, text, photo or other material for a custom shirt, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that printing it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We will not print trademarks, logos, characters or artwork owned by others, or content that is hateful, violent or explicit. We check the details you enter for obvious problems, but you are responsible for spelling, dates and image quality. Our Customization page explains the process.

7. Production, shipping and delivery

Production takes 3–5 business days. Delivery within the United States takes 7–10 business days after the order ships. International delivery times vary by destination. Delivery estimates are not fixed dates; carrier delays outside our control can occur. See the Shipping Policy for details.

8. Cancellations, returns and damage

Orders can be cancelled for free within 24 hours of purchase; after that, a 15% cancellation fee applies until the order ships. Non-personalized shirts can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee when the return is not due to our error. Misprinted, defective or damaged items must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery. The full rules are in our Return & Refund Policy and Warranty & Damage Policy.

9. Intellectual property

The site design, text, graphics and original artwork belong to Ohana Gift or are used with permission. You may not copy, resell or reproduce them without our written consent. See our Copyright Policy and DMCA Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed event date caused by a carrier delay. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
