Many Ohana Gift shirts can be personalized with a name, a date, a short message, a face or a pet photo. It is a simple way to turn a matching aloha shirt into a keepsake for a reunion, a birthday trip or a beach wedding. Here is how it works.

How to personalize a shirt

1. Open a product in our Personalized Aloha Shirts collection, or any shirt that shows personalization fields.
2. Choose the style (men’s, women’s or kids’) and the size for each person.
3. Fill in the text fields or upload your photo as described on the product page.
4. Read everything once more before adding to cart. We print exactly what you enter, including spelling, capital letters and dates.

Photo tips

• Use the original photo file rather than a screenshot or a picture sent through a messaging app, which are often compressed.
• Pick a well-lit, sharp image where the face or pet is facing the camera and is not cut off.
• One clear subject per photo works best for face and pet designs.
• If an image looks too blurry or small to print well, we may email you before production to ask for a better file.

Text tips

• Shorter names and messages print larger and are easier to read.
• Double-check special characters and accents. If something does not fit the design, we may contact you to adjust it.
• For family sets, enter each name on the matching size so every shirt goes to the right person.

Making changes

You can change or correct personalization for free within 24 hours of purchase. Email your order number and the new details. After that, your shirt may already be in production and changes may not be possible; any cancellation follows our Return & Refund Policy.

What we cannot print

Please only upload photos and text you have the right to use. We decline requests that include brand logos, sports team marks, cartoon or movie characters, or images owned by someone else, as well as content that is hateful, violent or explicit. If an order is declined for this reason, you receive a refund for that item.

Timing and returns

Personalized shirts follow the same production time of 3–5 business days and the same shipping times as the rest of our catalog. Because they are made for one person, they are not eligible for change-of-mind returns; they are replaced or refunded if the print is defective, does not match your details, or the size sent is not the size you ordered, when reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.
