Track Your Order

Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout to see the current status of your Ohana Gift order. Your order number is in the confirmation email we sent after purchase.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

What each stage means

  • Processing: payment is confirmed and your shirts are in production. This stage takes 3–5 business days.
  • Shipped / Completed: your package has left production. We email a tracking number and carrier link at this point.
  • In transit: US deliveries usually arrive 7–10 business days after shipping. International transit times vary by destination.

Tracking not updating?

A new label can take a little time to show its first scan. If your tracking has not moved for several business days, or it says delivered but nothing has arrived, check with neighbors and your building’s mail area, then email us with your order number and we will follow up with the carrier.
