Unless noted otherwise, the text, page layouts, product photos and previews, graphics and original prints on ohanagift.com are the property of Ohana Gift or are used with the permission of their creators. You are welcome to share links to our pages. Copying our designs or images to print, sell or republish them requires our written consent.

Designs we will not print

Our tropical and family-themed artwork is made to be our own. We do not knowingly sell designs that copy trademarks, brand logos, sports team marks, cartoon or movie characters, celebrity likenesses or other protected work. If we find such a design in our catalog, we take it down.

Content you upload

When you submit text or a photo for a personalized shirt, you keep ownership of it. You give us a limited permission to use it only to produce, ship and support your order. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to use the material. We decline personalization requests that contain logos, characters or images owned by someone else, and we never use customer photos in our marketing without written permission.

Reporting a problem

If you believe something on our site uses your copyright or trademark without permission, please tell us. Copyright owners can follow the steps on our DMCA Policy page. For trademark concerns, email support@ohanagift.com with the mark, proof of ownership and the page address, and we will review it promptly.
